The Excitement of Orienteering in the woods with MLS

Many thanks for your support today and understanding on us moving the event 1 hour forward. With the parking mostly under trees cover and all the running out in woods it help with the running of the event. The loops with water in between help us to mitigate possible heat injury, providing we all hydrate well and listen to our bodies.
For next week we have an event in Hamble Country Park and its mostly under trees. There is an Orange course to encourage new comers and get the kids out of the house. There are a lot of runners away in the Lakes and at the World Masters in Poland. However those still around can come and enjoy some great courses from Allan & Paul beside the Hamble River.
Note the starts are from 1000-1200hrs, Cses close 1300hrs. Hamble CP is open from 0830hrs.
