MLS Minley (Harris) - Wed 6 May - Results

Live provisional results are now available at race-results.info,   Race Results also includes a full set of splits for all line courses hence no need to put those here, but we will put up an RG link up. Obviously Harris not suitable for posting splits.

Many thanks for your support at Minley with the MLS Harris Champs, great courses by Mark and Peter, although Peter is still recovering from an ankle Op. Thanks to Robin Bishop for standing in today.

Thanks also to the patient few who could not find the 1st control on the Green as it had gone walk about 10m away in a bush, very lucky this was early on to avoid mass disappointment, thanks Mark for sorting it quickly.

The Harris is a great team event and if the Team Captain knows his team and get the distribution right they will do well. Unless all 3 members of the team are equal it should not be a 33% split. It is critical that strengths and weakness are worked within the team. It is about getting the team runners finishing as close to one another as possible. Well done to all on a lovely day out.

Next week we are back into Rushmoor Arena, but with the added delights of the intricate east part of Long Valley North. Trish and Mark (on duty again) have ensured that you have lots of choice on this MLS last league counter of this season.
